Make sure that the MSN ports are open and forwarded properly in the firewall, and check your network settings in Vista for the wired and wireless interface. Generally these have a CD that are supplied with them that has the required Drivers and Software to use the Web Cam. Answer 2:OBVIOUSLY, with Windows incorrectly identifying the hardware and installing a different driver, it's not working anymore.
